it's been 15 years since Daryl and Bob helped me on a diesel. Chaz was incredibly enthralled by my hard start issue. I'm satisfied ( after5 hours of fixing shorts, toggling all connections, and scans that Chaz identified the problem .. a bad injector pump. (which contradicts a prior 1 1/2 hour diagnosis of bad injectors) .. saving me an unneeded repair ... Bob figured a final bill of $287 ... so, happy to pay it and happy they allowed me to look over their shoulders and get feedback .. I learned a lot about my Cummins/ Ram 2500

Daryl came highly recommended by another diesel shop in CA and I can see why. Daryl (owner/president) and Bob (manager) were familiar with the Ford 6.0 diesel problems and the appropriate solutions to make the engine reliable. That's just what I need with my Excursion and that's what I received. In addition, they have performed so many of these repairs on 6.0s that they have become efficient and only charge for those parts and repairs that are absolutely necessary and pass these savings on to the customer. They replaced my engine oil cooler at half the price that the dealership quoted me. Gentleman, thanks for a job well done. Recently, DIesel Specialists diagnosed a faulty fuel injector and I expect that my experience will be similar this time. I highly recommend Diesel Specialists.
